Any fans of this band? I mean, I can't stand their new album, but I thought The Power of Moonlite was genius. Definately one of the best in the 'Psychobilly' movement or genre or whatever.

Really? I guess I did not hear enough of it. It just doesn't sound as timeless as their earlier albums did you know what I mean? I mean, Nick 13 can sing great in spanish, and the the riffs were catchy, but they lightened up on the bass a little too much, it seemed somewhat overproduced to me. Also, when the songs started getting slower, they just didn't capture the same quality In the Orchard had and they lost some of their Psycobilly flare. I guess we all have our own opinions, and I'm the last person to be dissing them, they're still one of my favorite bands. I'll definately listen to it again, I don't think it's terrible or anything, just they're capable of much more.
