So, instead of cluttering up the TSOAF thread talking about him, discuss here. Cool? cool.
Faith No More, Mr. Bungle, Fantomas, Peeping Tom, Lovage, Mondo Cane, work with Bjork, and work for movies and video games. He does it all. And it's usually pretty awesome.

So yeah, discuss.
I just downloaded the Lovage album and it's pretty cool, sorta hip hop, r&b stuff. and the bootlegs of mondo cane i have are pretty quiet, but pretty awesome. can't go wrong with 50s and 60s italian songs.

Mr.Bungle is probably my favorite project just because they are so out there. The last disc I bought was Peeping Tom though. Pretty good stuff, a lot of guests which made it great. Dub Trio track was probably my favorite.

I'll forever love Mr. Bungle, their first album and "California" are amazing, although i've never been a fan of the 2nd album.

His EP with The Dillinger Escape Plan is also not too be missed if only due to the fact the "Come To Daddy" cover is on it.

it took me awhile to get used to his singing habits; he kinda does this weird nasally drawl that you'll eventually learn to love. i love his work with peeping tom and the dillinger ep but i need to get into more bungle.

also, faith no more deserves bonus points for the bee gee's cover "i started a joke" and the song evidence, which is just...tasty.

This thread features a severe lack of Tomahawk, one of his best projects. But yeah, Mr. Bungle, Fantomas, Peeping Tom, Faith No More, and the Irony is a Dead Scene EP are all insanely awesome. I have a big boy crush on Mike Patton. Also, the fact that he disses Wolfmother makes him that much more supple.

I agree with whoever said the Dub Trio track was the best one on Peeping Tom. We're Not Alone kicks some, especially live. How does he do that? Falsetto to shouty-shout. And Evidence = Porno Music.
