These guys weren't in the music directory, so yeah.

Anyways they have been one of my favorites as of late.

This one is from their new album.

And this is from their first album. It is really hip, but I love it.

I hope you guys enjoy!

Who do these guys remind me of? I keep listening and keep getting that "Oh man, this sounds like ______" feeling. But I can't fill in the blank.

Gotta give this a listen.

Also, we should have a "reminds me of" or "makes me think of" thread.

I found them when I was watching HRVRD live videos and a few of their songs were under the recommended videos. I thought their name was cool so I checked them out. Now I can't stop listening.

They remind me of As Cities Burn a bit, maybe some HRVRD.

Funny that this just came up. I recently shared these guys with Kellen. Totally forgot about posting them here.

I agree From Indian Lakes, HRVRD, and As Cities Burn are all awesome bands.

The new FIL album is really really good in my opinion.

I agree. I think Able Bodies is my favorite of their two albums.

I recall reading this thread but not looking into the music. MISTAKE

Saw these gentlemen live on Saturday on tour with Lydia. Excellent set & dug the album once through via car ride. Excited to download the first one and listen to them both on my ipod.

I still have to catch up with my Sound Supply drop...

I really want to see these guys, but they are playing the same night in Minneapolis as The Dear Hunter.

Well, no question there on my end. Hopefully next time. They were definitely solid!

I'm headed to Chicago for work next week & TDH is playing. Sister Sparrow & The Dirty Birds then mention their show going on. 3-hour TDH set wins...even though I saw them just over a week ago.

Yeah, it was a no brainer for me. 2 1/2 plus hours of TDH wins over anything. I am hoping they will do some sort of headlinging tour after this one with Lydia.

I wanted to see them the day after TDH in chicago but I didn't see it until after I booked the train tickets, we're leaving the morning of the day they play. Sucks, I wish I saw it beforehand. Able Bodies is gr8
