Seriously. This band sounds so much like The Dear Hunter. Very deliberate and theatrical. Similar instrumentation. My band (Kat Smo) played a show with them this past weekend. I'd never heard them before, but MAN they sounded like TDH.

The Aeronauts

If you "like" them on facebook, you can listen to a couple of their songs.

Not sure. They definitely had an EP available at the show, but I had ZERO cash on me to pick it up. I'm sure they've got something out there.

I'm digging them; I definitely see what you guys are saying about the theatrical influence. If bands sound like TDH, I think they are doing their job - creating good music that influences others. God knows I've been influenced by their music.

Also, Derek - I checked out Kat Smo. I'm definitely a fan of your guys' work.

casey needs to produce an album for these guys so they can get the great sound quality that the dear hunter has.
