Pneuma is one of the best albums I've had the pleasure of listening to this year. Can't wait for the new LP.

Ah, I thought this was about the album by The Casket Lottery of the same name, guess I ought to check them out anyway though.

This band rules so hard. I got Pneuma on a whim just because the cover art and album title are really awesome and was greatly rewarded. I'm really looking forward to the Foreword EP, the production and mixing sounds a million times slicker than on Pneuma.

so i'm on my third listen right now

i really really like it, but i just wish it had more melodic content
there's a lot of instrumental breaks that are pretty badass, but i always thought that one of the huge strengths of pneuma was that it was post-rock music with emo-punk twinged vocals on top of it. foreword seems to be leaning a lot more towards straight up post-rock, which isn't a bad thing

armslength and lights & shapes are easily my two favorites, i feel like they're the most balanced between vocals and instruments

It's alright.

With Ones Heart In One's Mouth is by far my favorite track. The screaming just gets so good.
