Anyone ever listen to these guys? Got their first album on vinyl at a flea market for 3 bucks....It was very cool, and actually kind of reminded me of an old school Dear Hunter in that all their songs sound different. They are a three piece from back in the late 60's early 70's....Very Beatles esque.

Apparently people thought they were the Beatles without Lennon or like the Moody Blues and the Beatles doing a collaberation...

"Calling Occupants of Interplanetary Craft" is a badass song, though it gets old after a while. It's based on a book about a group of people back in the late 50's that formed an organiztion to find extra terrestial life. This organization then decided that on a certain day at a certain time everyone, regardless of where they were would simultaneously send a telepathic message into outer space.. The message started with the line, "Calling occupants of interplantary craft..." I thought that was pretty neat.
