I'm realizing lately how much I miss these guys. I remember a friend giving me Young Machetes back in like eighth grade because "it sounds like a dancier converge!" And that was my first step from listening to Senses Fail and getting into legit (post)hardcore

I turn 16 in a week or two. So I was in the 8th grade when that came out, I think.

i got piano island when i was like a freshman
hearing someone say young machetes and eighth grade together makes me feel fucking old

either way these guys are great and i loved young machetes a lot more than crimes
