great job! this is pretty much the same as i had interpreted it.
i was thinking tho, during VVV, i think he just goes on a ship and leaves the city, instead of going back to the lake and the river. also, during evicted, i agree with the first part, about Ms Leading deciding she loves the boy, but i think during most of the song it's about the boy. As you said, he stole a train ticket, and they mention that in the song, and the whole upbeat part (hey kid, hey kid hey get a job!) is just like Bitter Suite 2 and i think that line just represents the City. So i think the second part of the song is about the boy. imo.

Thanks for your opinion. And I think he takes the ship back to The Lake and The River. You see about The River North is where the Ship is. So if the Ship follows The River it will eventually get to The Lake South. Just as my friend said (Infidel) Evicted is about Ms. Leading's concept of The Boy. Because Casey said it himself.
