HtDW is one of my favorite artists right now.
His album is on Spotify, "Love Remains"

Casey, Connor, and I were just talking about how good Frank Ocean's new record is. I liked that mix tape a lot too but theres just so much random stuff. and the eagles track and mgmt track are kind of garbage in my opinion, but super talented dude. Kills it on Watching the Throne, too.

hell yea. seems like a good move for a soul singer. to gain weight. I fully back it. Just still waiting on this damn record. it was supposed to be out last year, he went to prison so it didnt come out. But hes out. Wheres the damn record!

New How to Dress Well is out, on the first listen I'm not as into it as much as I was "Love Remains".
I will have to give this a couple more listens before I can make up my mind whether I like it or not.
One quick thing about the new album compared to Love Remains
The reason I love the first album so much is the lo-fi recording quality, like it was recorded in his bedroom or something. This album doesn't have that, and I think it takes away from what made How to Dress Well one of my favorite artists. Other people/fans will love it, but as of right now, I'm not that into it.

It kind of exists in a very similar place to hip hop right now with some artists that toe the line, but the Rap Thread isn't really the place for this stuff.
