Spend the $2 or whatever on Downcast. It's fantastic.

Also: listen to the Chainsawsuit podcast. Kris Straub is hilarious.

I hope to set an example. You know, for children and stuff.

I've decided he's the funniest person I know. Between Blamimations, Tweet Me Harder, Chainsawsuit... he is the best at podcasting.

I hope to set an example. You know, for children and stuff.

His livestreaming of drawing things like Starslip and Broodhollow are some of my favorite things. So awesome to be able to actually communicate with him in some immediate fashion, and make jokes. I've made quite a few Twitter friends in the chat of his streams.

Started listening to the Freakonomics podcast a couple of days ago. Pretty cool stuff. Interesting and unique perspectives on a broad range of issues from two pretty smart guys.

Harmontown is also pretty legit.

So apparently now there's also a "TED Talks" podcast. This could get addicting...

I mostly listen while driving. Also makes good background noise for cooking/cleaning/doing housework etc.

I've put MBMBAM on while cooking, but often tune it out and miss jokes.
Also I don't have a car, so....

Been listening to "Stuff You Should Know" lately. Can't decide if I like it or not.

Also, Intelligence Squared is a pretty good. Oxford style debating on lots of hot issues.

I liked the "How Stuff Works" (or maybe it was "Stuff You Should Know") about the top 10 Traitors ("reverse pantsing of Julius Caesar"). The one about the ghosts was alright.
Also, I like the Freakonomics podcast on Jane Austen.

Is this part of the "How Stuff Works" series? Sounds like it could be interesting... I've been looking for a good general history podcast.

I recently downloaded the audio from every single episode of QI and Would I Lie To You?, so that you can use them as podcasts. Panel shows translate very well into podcasts, since they don't rely on much visual stimulus.
