I ended up getting the vinyl/cd/poster bundle because that artwork is fantastic. I will probably just give the cd to one of my friends because I won't ever use it.

vinyls are too expensive >.< if I started buying vinyls I'd want all of my fav albums on vinyl and that is only for millionaires :|

I'll just stick to CD's, they're fun to collect and usually not more than 10€.

Some places sell vinyl for the same cost as cds, which just blows me away. The new Les Sins vinyl is $13.48 while the cd of same release is $12.48

I agree that vinyl records are way too expensive these days. It's really depressing to look at some of my father's records that have "$1.99" stickers slapped on them when they were sealed and new. But I rarely put this much out for a "limited" vinyl record, because I normally buy used through ebay. Plus, this new CS record looks especially pretty, and I like pretty records.

I do love pretty, but I know myself and the way I get obsessed with stuff I collect. So better to collect cds who I can actually afford. :P

Did anyone see the On Letting Go 10th anniversary reissue LPs? The bright side is that they are absolutely gorgeous, especially the 3xLPs. Down side, they're distributed through merchnow.

Be sure to say hi to my friend Austin Getz and the other guys in Turnover, I went to high school with them! Proud of them for being able to do such an awesome tour with such awesome bands.
Coincidentally, I was in my first band with Austin. It lasted about a week and was called Tears From A Glass Eye. I think I knew maybe 3 chords.
