I hope to set an example. You know, for children and stuff.

We'll talk about how we'll change but we will never follow through.

Let me express mine as well: I first heard The Procession from Act II when it first came out, and from then I was oddly intrigued. I became enveloped in the story at first, but soon I found the music describing something much more beautiful than the concept. The way it flowed, changed, it was like a rough stream, with ever-changing currents.
The emotion in the music translated from real events in your life, showing how we all hurt, and those emotions make sense to me, with how I hurt at times. I definitely regret not being able to meet you at the show at The National in August of two-thousand ten.
This time, in Vienna, I will most definitely greet you and the entire band and talk for a few.
Thank you, Casey.
I hope you continue to make music in new, expanding, profound ways that will undeniably make sense with us fans.

We've talked about our beards (or lack thereof in my case, at certain points) since your days in TREOS. I only hope that we can continue to talk beards and flesh colored trash for many years to come.
On the real, you're the man.

That being said. Make it up to us by creating a song so bad ass that a sonic orgasm is created effecting everyone in a 500 mile radius.
Sing Softly, Bring me to The Lake...

I remember when I found out about The Dear Hunter.
I was listening to this band The Hush Sound and I loved Greta so I found Forgive Durden from her which led me to Casey. The first song I listened to was The Pimp and the Priest and I was sold from there.
Your music has helped me through some tough times, and it still does.
So thank you.

Just be careful. If you're ever on the whiteboard and you're trying to draw pretty pictures, he might come in and start erasing EVERYTHING YOU DRAW, leaving you with nothing but a very silly looking smiley face.
